Peace Studies Scholarships

There are currently two separate programmes funded by The Rotary Foundation that cover studies in world peace and conflict resolution.

The first is a two-year degree programme that leads to a Masters qualification and is generally known as International Studies in peace and conflict resolution.  Click here to be directed to the pages on the Rotary International website for information about this option and where the centres of studies are located .    

The second is a three-month course held at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand and is known as the  Peace and Conflict Studies Program. These courses are held twice a year, conducted in English and are aimed primarily at middle and upper-level managers in governments, non-governmental organizations, and private corporations. The Rotary Foundation will cover the expenses of roundtrip travel between the student's home and Bangkok and each student's employer is expected to cover the approx. US$5,000 cost of the three-month course, including tuition, room-and-board and educational materials.
