Login Help
If your attempts to complete the Login process failed then check to see if there is a Browser message above this page stating something like,
“To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this web page from running scripts, or ActiveX controls that could access your computer, Click here for options.”
The actual statement will depend on the Browser you are using and whether or not you have already enabled such features.
Click on the message bar and select “Allow blocked content”.
A Security Warning might appear:
As you need to enable scripts (not ActiveX controls) to enter the private section of the web site, click Yes.
NB Your browser should reset to its default (safe) setting after you exit the web site unless you deliberately elect to permanently set it to allow blocked content.
AOL Browser Issues
If you are using the browser that came with AOL and have encountered difficulties then please switch to another browser. Some AOL users have reported problems that can be avoided by switching to Internet Explorer. As the difficulties reported to us are not universal for all AOL users we have no other solution to suggest at this time.
